<GENERAL DESCRIPTION>
SPC266xx is a high-precision analog front end (AFE) optimized for biosensor applications including electrocardiogram (ECG) and electroencephalogram (EEG). The device integrates a two-channel low-noise amplifier and a 12-bit ADC, enabling accurate digitization of low-level biological signals and ensuring stable measurement performance.
In addition, SPC266xx can be utilized as an AFE for various sensor systems or as an IC for IQ baseband processing in millimeter-wave radar applications.
SPC266xx incorporates an on-chip voltage regulator, reference voltage generator, and 32-MHz crystal oscillator circuit, reducing external component count and contributing to system miniaturization and cost reduction. With its low-power architecture, SPC266xx is suitable for battery-operated wearable sensors and portable equipment, facilitating extended operating time and supporting compact system design.
